Signing an MoU between GMIS and Farmindustria in mid 2018 was the beginning of a cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector between Italy and the United Arab Emirates.

The two Countries are both committed to this sector, Italy first pharmaceutical manufacturer in the EU, UAE working hard to cuttin-edge medical technologies.

The Italy-UAE Business Council is very keen on the field of Lifescience with important medical institutes and pharmaceutical industries as partners. The Council promotes Italy-UAE healthcare collaboration for providers, patients, and professionals, especially on medical and pharmaceutical advanced technologies side.
